Lockdown

Lean into spawning ripples of anxiety
and enameled sunniness
as if they were studied casualness.

At times of molto agitato
substitute a frozen pizza or tambourine –
hit that groove and hit that groove

with panache like dusty glamour –
Strangely thrilling
no clock no salt.

This living museum
wrapped in plastic –
there is no escape from lockdown.
